professional dilemma

One of the most professional difficult issues you see is that, when other people looks up at your industry with awe, passion and inspiration, deep down you know how all this is seriously screwed up by people who do not share such feelings. Instead, they make it all about their own careers that they do not even try, or rather know about your passions. 

How is one supposed to continue to share the passion and eventually develop inspiration within an individual. Certainly it is not fair to the young ones aspiring to join the industry. Its so heart warming to see so much interests in the young ones. But it crushes the soul, knowing how much other people have made it so repulsive to be even associated with the industry.

How on earth are we supposed to inspire the young ones. To be passionate but in the midst of other people's career? We are nothing but just to service other people's career only. How do we just ignore everything else?
