Crosses II
do not be a hero. when you are in need of help, please ask for the help. of course, everyone wants to be overzealous and tries to solve your own problems. after all when a problem arises, its an opportunity for you to show what you can do and what you are capable of.
however, do not expect it to be pulled off smoothly. there is bound to be something that you would have overlooked. unless you have done the same thing many times over, otherwise, you are sure to have some screw ups here and there.
expect mistakes and don;t be afraid to make it. when a mistake is made, don;t try to be eager to correct it almost immediately. you;ll end up making more mistakes. when something is wrong, take a step back and organise your thoughts again. making a mistake is no doubt bad, but don;t be too eager to make the corrections because that eagerness in you to make the corrections will cloud your common sense. and hence makes things worst.
don;t let what people think of you affect you too. you are human and mistakes and errors are normal. pick yourself up and move on. moving on is very important. whining over spilt milk contributes to nothing but more misery. slow down if you need to but don;t stop. although stopping may be good, but speeding will only contribute to more damage. less reaction time.
be humble and learnt and admit from mistakes. its the first step to recovery. denying and defending only wastes time because in the end nobody is going to listen to your sad story and believe you anyway. so might as well suck it up and be stronger. however, fighting and defending is different. think about it.
