Dilbert

never trouble trouble until trouble troubles you. to put it bluntly, don;t stir shit when there is no shit. recognise who are you enemies, and who are those powerhouses whom you cannot afford to offend. another word of advice is to be grateful to those who helped you. it is one of the little important things that could make your life easier. sometimes, when you meet into a little trouble, and you realise that it would be better if the trouble was left alone, then by all means leave it alone. certain problems will nautrally settle by itself. however, certain matters you got to address it, but remember, not all matter needs to be address. if it can be left alone then its better to leave it alone.

however, one note of caution is that whenever in doubt always consult and ask. remember saving your ass is just as important. however, if you assess that the problem can be buried without much of a fuss, don;t go and kick up shit for nothing. on the part of being grateful to people who have helped you is important. simple reason being that if they are the powerhouses that controls something or have monopoly over stuffs, its wise not to offend them even if they have sometimes cocked up your plan. or made you a little angry. powerhouses can afford not to have you but you cannot afford to lose them.

thats the power of monopoly. you simply need to suck up to them for help and yes, there is no choice but to be a sucker in this. thats how life isn;t it? either you are the powerhouse, or prepare to bow down to their demands.

however, there are times when you know you cannot meet to their demands. the situation become extremely complex because, you cannot reach to what they want sometimes and you are definitely limited to a certain level and cannot go further. this is where you really need to get down to some sort of compromise. however, if the demands become unreasonable high, then you must also realise that you are human and cannot go any further. meeting the impossible is good, but thats really impossible sometimes. you are definitely human with limited mortal capablities. after you cannot touch the sky with your bare hands standing on your two feet on the ground. the only defence to this diliemma is to throw the ball at someone else;s court. that is to simply ask for help.

calling sos is no big deal unless you got a big deal of pride. pushing the workload to someone is not mean unless one refuses to do the job. helping out means that everyone is working together to increases efficiency, and not to allow one to slack more then the other guy. thats one of the key skills one must pick up.

what do you think?
