does one wonder why sometimes you do so much yet get so little in return? despite the fact that its gonna sacrifice your own holidays as a result. you work like a dog, but the appreciation from others is so superficial that you don;t even want it anymore. observation is that people usually wants to be appreciated, but has one come to a stage when you do so much that the act of being appreciated isn;t appealing at all? but yet you are still working hard at your job.
ever wonder what will happen when you come to that particular stage? it also means that you are working for no one but your own self. usually, when it comes to that stage, you basically feel that the bosses above you and your workers under you are people whom you feel are not fit working for. or rather, the respect you have for them is basically just for professional reasons and nothing else.
in life, the rapport that is to be built between both boss and workers must be strong. sometimes, its true that the job natuarally isn;t very nice, but if the people around you have strong rapport, then personally, they are worth working for. you would not mind working so hard. because of the colleagues around you that work together with you. that makes the difference.
what do you think?
