managing change

its not that change is not being welcomed, it just that there seems to be very little consideration on how the change is to be executed. there is so much good intentions, but mixed with emotions of self ambition and paper targets makes the whole revolution seems very impractical.

the attention to details, no matter how small, will be appreciated and people will together put in the effort to effect a change that will bring out the best in the workers. a change that does not bring out any best from individuals, are changes that will not make a difference and even risks counter productivity. ask questions, try it out, work it out, make improvements and eventually make it work out. sincerity in executing a change makes the difference between revolutionary change and a useless change.

pride should not come in the way of change. the purpose of the change should be the focus of why change is required in the first place. whom does the change serves, and the benefits of the change for the better. everyone else also has a thousand and one opinions too. that's why not every tom dick and harry can do this job. it draws the line between a person who does it blindly, and a person who really wants to make a positive difference to this already very complicated world.

the change should ultimately just be trying to make the world a better place for all of us to live in harmony together.

tried to make a difference to other;s life. instead, they made a difference to our lives instead. just by realizing that we are simply luckier than them by a whole world.
